Executive Chef at Hotel Palacio, known for his expertise in multi-cuisine menus and delivering consistent flavour and hospitality.
A well-known name in Guwahati’s culinary scene. He began his journey with The Lalit Group, worked across India’s top destinations, gained international experience in Miami, and is now the co-owner and head chef at Lush the Cafe and Levitate.
He began his career at Taj Palace and Taj Bengal, later playing key roles in the pre-opening of hotels in Kolkata, Rishikesh and Bhubaneswar. Currently Executive Chef at Vivanta Guwahati, he blends regional flavours with global culinary trends.
