Every nomination goes through an initial screening to verify eligibility and ensure it meets the basic criteria.
Round Two
Consumers participate in the voting process and help identify the leading establishments and culinary experiences.
Round Three
Expert jury members visit the top contenders and conduct a comprehensive evaluation before the final selection.
The selection and judgement would be a transparent process involving opportunities for the nominees, consumers and jury to participate equally and opine on their favourite places.
Finalists would be determined through the compilation of total scores across the evaluation phases.
Jury members visit only the top 3 restaurants or outlets in each category derived from the voting results. Winners are selected based on a comprehensive evaluation.
